Holiday Properties

Located either resort-side or throughout the bushland, Hamilton Island offers a range of self-catered accommodation sleeping from 1 to 8 people. Situated in their own grounds they are usually configured as a group of common-walled properties, most with communal landscaped gardens and swimming pool. There are a variety of styles and price brackets including studio, split level and two storeys. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious combined lounge and dining area, laundry and private balcony with distinctive views. With a complimentary 4 seater buggy, you're within easy reach of everything the island has to offer.

Periodic Contruction ongoing - Hamilton Island has sporadic construction work that may be taking place near the self-catering Hamilton Island Holiday Properties (generally located on the north-western side of the island). The Holiday Properties are all privately owned and from time to time accommodation is being developed or refurbished. Where Hamilton Island is aware of the construction noise, every effort will be made to manage and minimise the impact on holidaymakers.

A choice of 1 or 2 bedroom low-rise apartments located within easy walking distance of Catseye Beach, swimming pools and the Resort Centre. Set in landscaped tropical gardens, with ocean views, these are perfect for guests looking for a little independence in the the heart of the resort.
